The Digital Leaders worked together to create a Logo for our pupil voice group.
Welcome to the Digital Leaders page for our school.
Our Digital leaders are elected every year from Year 2 to Year 6 after completing an application process and interview with the Year 6 Digital Leaders.
Their role in the school is:
- To promote the use of IT throughout the school
- To support their classmates with IT lessons
- To undertake IT training they can pass onto their classes
- To assist with looking after IT resources
- To assist with the school website
Internet Safety Day 2026
The Digital Leaders created an assembly on Internet Safety - This year the focus is the appropriate use of AI (Assistive Intelligence). Each class has carried out learning about the right use of AI - from asking appropriate things to an Alexa or Siri up to use of AI filters on photos for Whatsapp. Teachers have been working hard learning new aspects of AI that we can use to support pupils in class.
Anti-bullying week: Cyberbullying
The Digital Leaders created and presented an assembly on Cyberbullying to the rest of the school as part of our Antibullying week.The Year 6 Digital Leaders wrote the script and created the PowerPoint presentation, the Year 2 and Year 5 Digital Leaders created information posters to support pupils on how to deal with cyberbullying if it happens to them and the Year 3 and Year 4 Digital Leaders created the voiceover for the video.
Internet Safety Day 2025
Internet Safety Day 2025 - As told by the Pupil Digital Leaders. This year the focus is 'on line scams'. There are many different ways in which people try to trick us into giving away information such as receiving phony emails, text messages, phonecalls and even QR codes aimed at children and adults.
The Pupil Digital Leaders led an assembly and all classes worked on an aspect of keeping ourselves safe on line. See their video below:
